MILWAUKEE – BOLT® Lock, with their “Breakthrough One-Key Lock Technology,” offers products for 2014-2022 model year RAM® ProMaster Vans. Designed to work specifically with the center cut keys of ProMaster Vans, the durable precision locks offer convenience and security to both contractors and commercial fleets alike.

Receiver Locks, Coupler Pin Locks, Padlocks, Cable Locks and Trailer Coupler Locks that can be used to secure trailers and other gear are all available. The Coupler Pin Lock and Receiver Locks can be used together to prevent a trailer from being stolen from the tow vehicle, while a Trailer Coupler Lock protects a trailer from being stolen when not attached to a tow vehicle when left at a worksite or parking lot. Cable locks secure expensive equipment to trailers or ladders to ladder racks on the top of the utility van. Padlocks used to lock temporary fencing around worksites provide a robust defense against picking, giving workers ease of mind when leaving the site. In addition, contractors and fleets will benefit from the ease of use BOLT Lock offers because workers will no longer have to search through keyrings in order to find a specific key for each lock they use.

“BOLT Lock products offer convenient security to workers because our locks reduce key clutter by making their ignition key the only key they need for every type of BOLT lock they use,” said BOLT Lock Sales Manager Jason Buckles. “Contractors and fleets don’t need to worry about losing one key and being unable to open a lock as a result of our one-key lock technology. They can also feel secure knowing that whatever they need to lock, wherever they are, is protected.”

Each BOLT lock is permanently programmed to the ignition key the very first time the key is inserted into the specially made lock cylinder. Patented technology allows the cylinder to be uniquely coded with the help of spring-loaded plate tumblers which are specific to each ignition key.

BOLT Locks are made with a proprietary design which resists picking and bumping. The materials used in BOLT Locks are rugged, making each type of lock strong and durable enough to stand up to even the most demanding jobs. Severe weather and years of repeated use are easily withstood by the automotive-grade stainless steel lock shutter, protective rubber shell and six-plate tumbler sidebar of BOLT Locks.
